If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact b9ge support immediately. b9ge may temporarily suspend your Account while a security investigation is conducted.

b9ge accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and KYC verification status. b9ge does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within two hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
b9ge reserves the right to apply a standard security review period of up to 24 hours for withdrawals exceeding a threshold amount, or for Accounts that have not yet completed full KYC verification. Where an official result is not available within a reasonable period following the event, b9ge may settle markets based on results published by widely recognised sports data providers.
